:: Payment and Boarding Policies ::
Payment must be done at registration by providing credit card or leaving cash deposit. In the case of a deposit, the amount must include possible additional expenses.
For business accounts, guest must also provide credit card or cash deposit for personal expenses not covered by the company. Otherwise, expenses will be charged on a daily basis. Check out time is at Noon
Animals, plants and / or objects that could deteriorate the hotel are prohibited.

Guests are not allowed to accommodate other persons than those that have been properly registered and paid for. All visitors must be attended at the lobby.
   
:: Laundry ::
This service is provided by an outside company, which picks up laundry every day at 9:00 a.m. and returns it the same day at 4:00 p.m. prices are determined by this company, not by the hotel. If you like to utilize this service, please fill out the “Laundry Service Form” and place it on top of the clothes. Additionally, please hang from the external doorknob of your room the Laundry sign for pickup.
   
:: Food and Beverage ::
Breakfast service is provided from 6:00 to 9:45 a.m.
Lunch service is provided from Noon to 2:00 p.m., our Daily Meals cost $4.15
Bar services are opened from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. A typical dinner is available every night, however, you must call an hour in advance for this service.
Room service is only available in case of disease.
   
:: Safety Boxes ::
This service is free of charge. Boxes are located at the Reception of the hotel. In case the key is lost, there is a US $50.00 charge. Please note the Hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
We recommend you utilize our safety boxes.
   
:: Telephone ::
Every local call is charged. As with the international calls, they are automatically charged to your account.
